1. Services & Commitment

All dog walks provided by Walks with Niamh are strictly 1-on-1 solo walks, ensuring 100% focused attention on your pet.
Before any initial booking, a free Meet & Greet home visit is conducted to discuss your pet's routine, temperament, medical history, and emergency contacts.
Keys provided for access are stored securely in a locked key safe and tagged using unique codes. Keys are never labelled with your name or property address.

Walks are charged conveniently on a weekly basis rather than after each individual outing.
Invoices are issued every Friday for the preceding week's completed walks and are payable upon receipt.
Clients can set up optional Auto-Pay through their Client Portal for seamless automatic weekly card payments, or pay manually via invoice link.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled walk.
Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice incur £0 charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled walk cost.
For extreme weather conditions (such as severe heatwaves exceeding 28°C or official weather warnings), outdoor walks may be shortened or converted to indoor garden visits and cooling checks for pet safety.

All dogs must be up to date with routine vaccinations, flea, and worming treatments.
In the event of a sudden medical emergency where the owner or emergency contact cannot be reached, Walks with Niamh is authorized to seek immediate veterinary care.
The client remains responsible for any veterinary fees incurred for their pet's emergency care.

Your dog will always travel safely in my vehicle, secured with a crash-tested safety harness.
Dogs will be kept on-lead at all times during walks unless explicit written consent is signed by the owner for off-lead exercise in safe, designated areas.
