Keys are labelled with a code — never your address — stored securely, and returned whenever you like.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a walk. If cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the walk cost will apply. Overnight sittings are agreed upfront.
Walks are charged weekly in one simple invoice rather than after each individual walk. Through your Client Portal, you can manage upcoming walks, cancel easily, and optionally set up Auto-Pay.
We chat routine, quirks, favourite treats and no-go zones — and your pet decides whether they like me. Zero obligation.
Yes! I prefer keeping in regular contact via WhatsApp. After every walk, I send photo and video updates so you can see your pup happy and having fun.
Absolutely. All walks are 1-on-1 solo walks, so your dog will never have to interact with other dogs on their walk.
